Human Resources Manager

Job Title: Human Resources Manager / HR Manager

Role Responsibilities:
  • Support the Senior Management Team in spearheading overall HR operations and assist in the delivery of strategic objectives across the business.
  • Lead the full recruitment and selection process, including collating applications, organizing interviews, and attending interviews as required.
  • Draft offer letters and other associated documents for the onboarding of successful candidates.
  • Carry out inductions for permanent and agency new starters.
  • Provide advice and guidance on employee relations to management and employees.
  • Manage complex employee relations casework, including dispute resolutions, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence reviews.
  • Support the Senior Management Team in the delivery of Performance Development Reviews.
Ideal Applicant Qualifications:
  • HR Management experience or operated at a senior human resources level.
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion, empathy, and diplomacy.
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Personable, team player, driven, and enthusiastic.
