The Specialty Resource Coordinator provides independent and high-level support to Physicians and Advanced Care Practitioners to maximize provider efficiency, increase patient satisfaction, and improve patient access. Responsible for coordinating and adjusting resources daily across all practice offices and hospitals.
Responsible for autonomously coordinating cases and consultations, understanding specialty complexities and provider expertise, and navigating the interdependence of various institutions. Manages intricate call schedules across multiple locations, communicates effectively with stakeholders, and reallocates resources promptly to meet changing needs. Organizes work proactively, tracks outcomes, and ensures schedules are executed with precision, utilizing medical terminology knowledge effectively.
HS Diploma Required

3 years clerical experience required.
