We are currently looking for an employee who will be responsible for resource management and planning in conjunction with the company's Delivery Managers. With a focus on communicating with employees, their utilization across projects, and growing within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Communication and cooperation with Project Managers
• Communication and cooperation with Sales Managers
• Communication and cooperation with HR Department
• Development of resources
• Resource planning
• Resource management (including hiring and layoffs)
• Control of resources utilization
• Controlling correct time write-offs in timesheets
• Facilitation of legal aspects of onboarding and managing resources

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in this or a similar position
• Resource management and planning skills
• Familiarity with project management will be a plus
• Communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
