The Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Manager to lead the strategic management, optimization, and continuous improvement of their global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

Summary of the role and key responsibilities

This position will oversee HR technology solutions, ensuring seamless system integrations, data integrity, and compliance, while enhancing HR operational efficiency. The HRIS Manager will collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to lead system implementations, upgrades, and user training to support the company's evolving needs.

• Requires strong technical expertise in platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience as an HRIT Manager or similar role, with a solid understanding of HR processes and IT systems. Experience with HRIS platforms like ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors is essential.
• Experience with HRIS implementation and management.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications in HR technology or project management are advantageous.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
