The Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Manager to lead the strategic management, optimization, and continuous improvement of their global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee HR technology solutions, ensuring system integrations, data integrity, and compliance, while improving HR operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to lead system implementations, upgrades, and user training to meet evolving business needs.
• Manage platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and others, requiring strong technical expertise.
• Bring proven experience as an HRIT Manager or similar, with a good understanding of HR processes and IT systems.
• Experience with HRIS implementation and management is essential.
• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related fields, along with relevant certifications.
• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience.
