Job summary

Focus Media Global in Greater London is seeking an HR professional to lead recruitment across multiple roles, including BD, operations and installation. You will manage the hiring process end-to-end, from posting roles through to offers, and oversee onboarding and offboarding.

You will handle contracts, support UK employment compliance, and work with payroll providers and external HR partners to set up clear HR processes and internal documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of HR experience in a recruitment/HR role.
• Mandarin language preferred.
• Good understanding of UK employment law and compliance.
• Able to work in a small, fast-paced team and handle multiple priorities.
