Great workplaces don't happen by accident. They happen because somebody keeps everything running smoothly.
We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our People & Governance team.
As our HR Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting colleagues throughout the employee lifecycle. From welcoming new starters and coordinating recruitment campaigns, to maintaining records, supporting payroll and helping managers navigate processes, you'll be at the heart of making sure our people experience is positive, efficient and compliant.
No two days are quite the same. One day you might be arranging interviews and issuing contracts, the next you'll be helping improve a process, updating employee records, or supporting a colleague with a query. If variety, responsibility and meaningful work appeal to you, we'd love to hear from you.
We're particularly interested in hearing from people who can demonstrate:
We don't use AI to screen, score or shortlist applications. Every application is read by a real person.
We therefore encourage you to make sure your application clearly demonstrates your skills, knowledge and experience. We want to hear your examples, your achievements and your voice.
We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK for the duration of the contract.
We are especially keen to encourage expressions of interest from people currently under-represented within the organisation, these include but are not limited to those from the LGBT+ community, people with disabilities, and those from a Black & Global Majority background. Candidates with a disability will be guaranteed an interview, providing they meet all the essential requirements of the post.
