About the Role

Partnering with specialist advanced surgical and robotic technology companies, focusing specifically within urology, gynecology, and endoscopy.

Are you passionate about building thriving workplace cultures, empowering people, and driving engagement? We’re looking for a strategic and people-focused Human Resources Business Partner to help shape our people-first strategy and foster an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.

This role is ideal for someone with deep HR expertise and commercial acumen, especially someone who can support and train high-performing, target-driven teams like Sales.

What You’ll Do:
  • Champion People & Culture: Embed our values and create an inclusive, high-performance environment.
  • Drive Engagement: Lead employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback loops with clear action plans.
  • Boost Retention: Develop strategies for career growth, succession planning, and internal mobility.
  • Optimise Benefits: Evaluate and improve our benefits offering to support wellbeing and inclusivity.
  • Lead Learning & Development: Identify training needs, deliver impactful learning programs, and support leadership development.
  • Support Sales & Commercial Teams: Use your business insight to communicate effectively with commercial leaders and help train and coach sales teams on performance, behaviour, and development.
  • Advise & Partner: Work closely with leaders to align people practices with business goals and coach managers on team performance.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 5+ years of HRBP or generalist experience with a proven track record in culture, engagement, L&D, and retention.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand business drivers and influence sales and revenue teams.
  • Experience partnering with or training Sales, Business Development, or other commercial teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and facilitation skills.
  • A collaborative, people-first mindset with the ability to influence at all levels.
