Due to maternity leave, we have a 12-month Fixed Term opportunity for an established HR Business Partner to join NFU Mutual, Which? Insurance Brand of the Year 2024. You will collaborate with a team of 200 HR colleagues and the wider business to identify people-related priorities aligned with our strategy and KBIs, leading various HR projects and initiatives within an assigned business area.
