Human Resources Business Partner - South Region

As a key member of our HR team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the South of the UK (excluding London), supporting our people and driving business success.

The Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with District Managers for TK Maxx & Homesense, aligning regional and district strategies with broader business objectives. You’ll play a vital role in developing leadership capabilities, advancing the Talent agenda, and achieving business KPIs.

This role is field-based, requiring frequent travel across the South of England (excluding London), offering flexibility to make a significant regional impact.

What You’ll Do

• Drive sustained business performance and improve ROI while safeguarding profitability.
• Keep abreast of current and upcoming HR legislation and trends.
• Share responsibility for achieving key business metrics alongside functional leaders.
• Implement HR strategies collaboratively with Centres of Expertise and HR Service Centres.
• Develop leadership capabilities through mentoring and training.
• Champion interpersonal design, talent reviews, and the overall talent strategy.
• Lead cultural, change management, and capability-building initiatives.
• Maintain high standards in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Address complex issues and support leaders through mentorship.

Who You Are

Extensive multi-site HR experience in fast-paced, customer-facing environments, with solid knowledge of HR and employment laws in Scotland and Ireland. Proven leadership and team management skills; strategic problem solver with operational expertise; resilient, emotionally intelligent, and a mentor; CIPD-qualified (minimum Level 5) or pursuing HR qualifications; passionate about talent development and team building; adaptable to shifting priorities.
