Job Description
The Role: As an HR Business Partner at Strategy, you will shape a high-performance culture across EMEA in collaboration with the global HR team. Working closely with senior leaders, you will drive HR initiatives aligned with our strategic goals, including employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent analysis, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience within the EMEA region, including knowledge of regional employment law and business practices, especially in the UK, Germany, France, and the Netherlands.
