Job Description

The Role: As an HR Business Partner at Strategy, you will shape a high-performance culture across EMEA in collaboration with the global HR team. Working closely with senior leaders, you will drive HR initiatives aligned with our strategic goals, including employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent analysis, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience within the EMEA region, including knowledge of regional employment law and business practices, especially in the UK, Germany, France, and the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic HR Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, guiding people strategies that support business goals.
  2. Performance Management: Mentor leaders in developing quarterly objectives, utilizing performance systems and data insights.
  3. Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leaders to assess talent needs, analyze workforce data, and design effective organizational structures.
  4. Employee Relations & Policy Compliance: Manage employee issues, policy adherence, and grievance resolution with leadership and legal partners.
  5. Compensation & Rewards: Oversee compensation reviews and merit planning, ensuring fairness and alignment with business strategies.
  6. Learning & Development: Develop initiatives to foster skill growth, especially within engineering and technical teams.
  7. HR Analytics & Data Insights: Use HR data to identify trends and recommend actions to improve operational efficiency and engagement.
  8. Change & Organizational Management: Support leaders through organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions.

Your Focus

  1. Act as the main HR contact for EMEA, building strong relationships and providing support.
  2. Focus on HR support for key countries: UK, Germany, France, and the Netherlands.
  3. Advise business leaders on organizational decisions, considering employee and HR impacts.
  4. Champion our Bitcoin treasury strategy and stay informed on company financials to align HR initiatives.
  5. Coordinate with HR shared services for process execution.
  6. Support restructuring efforts, advising on role design and change management.

Qualifications

  1. 5+ years in HR business partnership, with at least 3 years in EMEA-focused roles.
  2. Strong understanding of HR practices in UK, Germany, France, and the Netherlands.
  3. Proven ability to partner with senior and C-level leaders.
  4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  6. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related; Master’s or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
