We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our logistics team in Luton, UK. This role requires a strategic and hands-on HR professional with a strong background in local logistics and transport operations. The HRBP will collaborate closely with site and regional leadership to support business objectives, drive talent initiatives, and enhance organizational performance across our logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with local and regional logistics leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and operational needs.
• Lead and implement talent management initiatives, including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top logistics talent, particularly for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational development.
• Champion a performance-driven culture by supporting training and coaching for line managers and team leads.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment laws, HR policies, and best practices in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Monitor key HR metrics to identify trends, drive improvements, and support data-informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HRBP or senior HR professional within logistics, transport, or supply chain sectors.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with operational leaders.
