Role Overview:

Our Human Resources team seeks a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for our London office. The HRBP is a strategic role within Talent Management, working closely with business leaders to align human capital strategies with company goals. The HRBP provides strategic HR leadership, advising on initiatives and enhancing the employee experience.

  • Support managers in talent strategies and employee development programs.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including complaints and conflict resolution, providing coaching as needed.
  • Guide managers through performance reviews, ensuring best practices and participation.
  • Assist with career planning, organization design, and succession planning.
  • Support change management initiatives to foster success.
  • Collaborate on tools, procedures, and initiatives to promote engagement and growth, including leadership development and training.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Coordinate with immigration and global mobility teams to support employee status requirements.
  • Partner with compensation to analyze and advise on pay strategies.
  • Work with talent acquisition to align hiring with business needs and build talent pipelines.
  • Support benefits programs to promote employee wellbeing.
  • Address employee questions related to policies, development, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, conduct investigations, and mitigate risks.
