As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will support a high-volume logistics and last-mile delivery workforce across 10 delivery stations in London. You will make a significant impact on our UK business by implementing best HR practices in the logistics industry and achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s business goals in logistics and delivery.
• Oversee leadership pipelines and succession planning for key operational roles, providing excellent internal career development opportunities for staff.
• Support organization design according to business needs and a constantly changing market.
• Champion employee experience through engagement strategies and consistent employee relations practices. Resolve high-risk ER cases and ensure compliance with UK labour laws.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in logistics, supply chain, or delivery-related companies in the UK.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and its application in fast-paced operational settings.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, from local and international site leaders to executive board level.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Chinese language proficiency would be an advantage.
