With over 100 team members across 20+ countries, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to support our people function and contribute to the continued success of our distributed teams.

What You Will Be Responsible For
As our Human Resource Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to both leadership and employees, helping shape the direction of our HR strategy while rolling up your sleeves to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Partnering with business leaders to align HR strategy with operational goals and growth plans
Designing and implementing scalable people strategies that foster employee engagement and retention
Managing end-to-end talent lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance reviews, learning and development, and offboarding
Leading organizational change initiatives, including team restructures, role design, and workforce planning
Serving as the primary point of contact for HR matters across departments, providing guidance and resolution on employee relations, policy interpretation, and performance management
Developing and improving HR systems, policies, and compliance procedures tailored for a globally distributed workforce
Facilitating leadership development, coaching managers, and ensuring team alignment across regions
Supporting recruitment efforts through job design, interview strategy, and onboarding alignment
Monitoring key people metrics (eNPS, turnover, engagement scores) to guide data-driven HR decisions
Who Were Looking For
We are seeking a self-motivated HR professional who thrives in ambiguity, brings strategic insight to human capital challenges, and understands how to operate effectively in a remote-first, multicultural environment.
Ideal candidates will have:
3+ years of experience in a Human Resource Business Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Manager role
A solid foundation in HR principles, employment law, employee relations, and organizational development
Proven experience advising managers and leadership on HR issues in a fast-growth or entrepreneurial business
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
High level of adaptability, ownership, and execution in remote or distributed teams
Fluency in English (both written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
Familiarity with tools like BambooHR, Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, or similar
A background in startup environments or international companies is highly desirable.
