RedGreen Partners are looking to attract an HR Business Partner into a newly created role on behalf of a national logistics business.
This is a very exciting opportunity and a great time to join the organisation as they assemble their HR team after recently becoming a stand-alone business. An ambitious business strategy will see further growth largely led by merger and acquisition. You will be part of a team of 3 HR Business Partners supporting different regions.
This role covers the Northern region and will support approximately 500 colleagues.
Working with a supportive HR Director, your responsibilities will include:
Ideal candidates will have experience supporting multi-site operations, be comfortable in ambiguous environments, and have knowledge of Trade Unions, TUPE, and reorganization processes. Regular regional travel within the North of England and into Scotland is expected.
Car or Car Allowance: £5,000 or equivalent
