Senior HR Business Partner, London, up to c£85,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits, Permanent

Our client is a well-established and highly respected global organisation, recognised for its quality, heritage, and commitment to excellence. Following a period of significant transformation, they are now looking to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner to support a key business division.

Reporting into the Head of People, this role will provide both strategic and operational HR support to senior leaders within a defined area of the business. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will partner closely with stakeholders to shape and deliver people initiatives that align with the broader transformation agenda. You will lead on a number of critical projects including organisational design, cultural development, and broader change initiatives – all with the aim of enhancing performance and driving an inclusive, high-performing culture.

You will be a credible and proactive HR Business Partner, experienced in navigating complex, fast-paced environments. With a strong generalist background and a track record of leading large-scale change, you will be confident in your ability to influence at a senior level and deliver impactful HR solutions. Experience within large, customer-centric organisations will be highly regarded, as will a collaborative approach and passion for continuous improvement.
