Position Details

Our client, a global leader in their field with operations worldwide, is seeking a versatile HR and Learning & Development Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Solihull. This role combines generalist HR duties with Learning & Development support, contributing to daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee wellbeing initiatives at headquarters to promote employee engagement
  • Lead payroll processes and support salary reviews and bonuses
  • Manage recruitment activities, including job descriptions and interviews
  • Handle onboarding, contracts, and right-to-work checks
  • Support internal communications and HR documentation
  • Assist with performance appraisals
  • Serve as first point of contact for employee and stakeholder queries
  • Provide technical support for the learning platform
  • Assist with reporting to ensure compliance and facilitate training workshops
  • Coordinate career development programs
  • Create learning resources and branded documents
  • Analyze training feedback to improve outcomes

Applicants should have prior HR experience. Exposure to Learning & Development or an interest in this area is desirable but not essential.
