NHS National Services Scotland is seeking HR professionals for fixed-term roles to cover maternity leave. The positions involve providing operational HR services, supporting managers and staff, and developing training on HR policies. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience and skills in HR, particularly within the NHS context.
*Secondment Opportunity – Existing permanent employees must first discuss this opportunity with their substantive line manager and complete the secondment request form prior to interview. The secondment request form and the associated secondment policy can be found on the HR/Recruitment intranet pages and must be completed and signed by the substantive line manager. The candidate should then take it with them to interview as confirmation that an agreement has been granted.
We currently have opportunities for HR professionals to work within the Operational HR Team, supporting the provision of guidance to managers and staff across the full range of human resources functions. These are fixed-term/secondment roles to cover maternity leave.
