Job description

I am currently looking for a Junior HR Advisor for a leading facilities management company. Growing company with fantastic business culture and great reputation in the market. You will be joining a small, friendly team at the heart of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting in handling employee queries and concerns.
  2. Maintaining accurate records of employee relations cases.
  3. Assisting with job postings, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  4. Supporting new hire onboarding, including preparing contracts and induction programs.
  5. Ensuring all pre-employment checks (e.g., references, right-to-work) are completed.
  6. Maintaining and updating employee records (both digital and physical).
  7. Preparing and issuing employment-related documentation, such as offer letters or policy updates.
  8. Assisting in updating HR policies and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  9. Supporting audits and documentation processes for legal or regulatory purposes.
  10. Maintaining HR databases and ensuring accurate data entry.
  11. Assisting the HR team with projects, events, or initiatives (e.g., wellbeing programs).

HOURS OF WORK AND LOCATION:

Monday – Thursday, 9am – 5pm and Friday, 9am – 4pm.

Hybrid working, 3 days in head office and 2 working from home.
