Role Description:

The HR administrator supports the HR department in recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, HR files management, and compliance. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills.

In this role you will:

  • Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires to ensure a positive experience.
  • Prepare and maintain employment contracts and documentation.

HR data management:

  • Maintain accurate personnel files and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Update HRIS with organizational and employee data changes.

Compliance tasks:

  • Assist with visa applications, right-to-work checks, and policy adherence.

Employee relations:

  • Handle employee inquiries, assist with communication and events, and maintain confidentiality.

HR projects:

  • Support HR initiatives, conduct research, and analysis.

Administrative support:

  • Assist with bookings, coordinate events, and manage schedules and onboarding/offboarding processes.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, high discretion, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
