Job summary

International Logistics Group is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract in East Grinstead, West Sussex. The role offers £50,000 per annum (pro rata) and a standard 40-hour week (9am–6pm, Monday to Friday).

You will own HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, build marketing automation, manage lead scoring and attribution, and create dashboards to turn data into actionable insights. Collaboration with Marketing and Sales is key.

Qualifications

• Experience managing HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub.
• Proven ability to build automation workflows.
• Experience with lead tracking and attribution.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.
• Collaborates with Marketing and Sales teams.
• Understanding of GDPR and email marketing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
• Build and improve marketing automation and nurture journeys.
• Ensure leads tracked from first touch through to customer.
• Manage lead scoring, lifecycle stages and attribution.
• Create dashboards and reporting to turn data into insights.
• Support campaigns with segmentation and automation.
• Look for smarter ways to improve processes and reduce manual activity.
