Brand Recruitment client in the transport sector seeks a Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist to own HubSpot across EMEA, manage websites, marketing automation and lead journeys.

You'll work with sales and marketing colleagues in multiple countries to improve CRM usage, reporting and conversions. The role is hybrid; office near Colchester two days a week, with international scope and opportunities to influence regional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with HubSpot and CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiregional campaigns and data.
• Experience in marketing automation and SEO helpful.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day ownership of HubSpot across EMEA and report on performance.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams across countries to standardize CRM usage.
• Build and optimize automated campaigns and customer journeys.
• Keep websites and product content up to date and optimized for conversions.
• Use analytics to improve user journeys and lead conversions.
• Support SEO and track how customers find the business using search and AI tools.
• Collaborate with agencies and global stakeholders to implement improvements.
