Job summary

ILG is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract in East Grinstead. The role focuses on owning HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub, automating processes, and delivering reliable marketing data to drive pipeline growth.

You will work with Marketing and Sales to optimize lead tracking, attribution and reporting, enabling smarter decisions and efficient campaigns. Hybrid work may be considered after probation.

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
• Experience with marketing automation, workflows and lead scoring.
• Understanding of attribution and lead tracking.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working with Sales on lead management.
• Proactive, organized and solutions-focused.
• Understanding GDPR and email marketing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
• Build and improve marketing automation, workflows and nurture journeys.
• Ensure leads are tracked from first touch to customer.
• Manage lead scoring, lifecycle stages and marketing attribution.
• Keep marketing data clean and reliable.
• Create dashboards and reporting with insights.
• Support campaigns with segmentation, lists and automation.
• Look for smarter ways to improve processes and reduce manual activity.
