International Logistics Group in East Grinstead is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role centers on owning HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub, building automation, and delivering clear marketing insights to drive the pipeline.

You'll work closely with Marketing and Sales to optimise lead tracking, scoring, lifecycle stages and attribution, while keeping data clean and dashboards up to date.

Qualificações

• Strong practical experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
• Experience with marketing automation, workflows and lead scoring.
• Good understanding of attribution and lead tracking.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with Sales on lead management.
• Proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Own and optimise HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
• Build and improve marketing automation, workflows and nurture journeys.
• Ensure leads are tracked accurately from first touch through to customer.
• Manage lead scoring, lifecycle stages and marketing attribution.
• Keep marketing data clean, accurate and reliable.
• Create dashboards and reporting that turn data into insights.
• Support campaigns with segmentation, lists and automation.
• Look for smarter ways to improve processes and reduce manual activity.
