Evri Premium in Coventry is seeking a Process Supervisor to lead a team within the National Hub. You will manage warehouse operatives, oversee throughput, and ensure safety and efficiency across sortation areas.

The role requires at least one year in a supervisory position and experience managing large teams (20+). You will coach staff, deliver training, and help meet KPI targets while maintaining a positive, inclusive working culture.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing large teams (20+).
• Coaching and development of staff to improve performance.
• Ensure training and post-shift checks and KPI delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure effective deployment of operational resources in line with work area requirements.
• Coach and develop team members to foster a feedback culture.
• Complete pre- and post-shift equipment checks and report findings.
• Achieve or exceed KPI targets for the hub operation.
• Take initiative to benefit colleagues, customers, and operations.
