Job summary

Evri in the East Midlands is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for a permanent, 45-hour week on the back shift 13:00-22:30. This hands-on role leads a team to keep the warehouse running safely, efficiently and on time within a fast-paced parcel network.

You will manage activity, deploy resources, monitor KPI targets, and uphold safety and accuracy while pursuing continuous development through on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse team and coordinating daily activity.
• Strong communication to relay instructions and feedback.
• Proficient IT skills and use of warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile warehouse activity, including deliveries and holds.
• Coordinate bulk and return deliveries across fleets.
• Support bulk customer planning and LGV compliance.
• Deploy resources to meet daily requirements.
• Monitor performance and KPI achievement.
• Maintain high safety, accuracy and efficiency.
• Attend relevant training and development courses.
