Job summary

Evri Premium in Coventry is seeking a Process Supervisor to lead a team within the National Hub. You will manage warehouse operatives, oversee throughput, and ensure safety and efficiency across sortation areas.

The role requires at least one year in a supervisory position and experience managing large teams (20+). You will coach staff, deliver training, and help meet KPI targets while maintaining a positive, inclusive working culture.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective deployment of operational resources in line with work area requirements.

• Take initiative to benefit colleagues, customers, and operations.

What you'll do:

We are looking for a Process Supervisor; this is a key supervisory role within the National Hub reporting directly to the Process Manager. You will have the ability to work and manage the operation through your own team of warehouse operatives and have the flexibility to cover all areas within the hub operation.

This role will ensure the safe and efficient throughput of traffic within the various sortation areas of the National Hub operation in accordance with the individual work area requirements. You will promote an engaging working culture with high priority given to work place safety and operational efficiency.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• To ensure the effective deployment of all operational resourcein accordance withthe work area requirements andmaintainrecords and accountability of staff including any agency deployed


• To ensure all team members receive training and development to encourage a coaching and feedback culture.


• To ensure all pre and post shift equipment checks are completed and reportedin accordance withthe work area requirements.


• To ensure all KPI targets are achieved or exceededin accordance withthe work area requirements.


• Take initiative and make decisions that are right for colleagues,customersand the operation.
