Job summary

Evri Premium in Coventry is seeking an experienced Process Supervisor to lead our National Hub operations. You will manage a team of Warehouse Operatives, ensure parcels move safely and efficiently, and drive productivity and engagement.

Reporting to the Process Manager, you will monitor KPIs, coach colleagues, promote health and safety, and ensure compliance across the hub's night shift (Sun-Thurs 18:30–04:30).

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory or acting supervisory experience.
• Experience managing large teams of 20+ colleagues.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive approach to improving performance and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Warehouse Operatives to deliver operational targets.
• Ensure resources are deployed effectively to meet changing operational demands.
• Monitor productivity and performance against KPIs.
• Coach, develop and support colleagues to reach their full potential.
• Promote a strong health & safety culture and ensure compliance.
• Complete equipment and process checks to maintain readiness.
• Support the smooth flow of parcels through the National Hub operation.

Reporting to the Process Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a team of Warehouse Operatives, ensuring parcels move safely and efficiently through the hub while maintaining high standards of productivity, engagement and compliance.
