Evri Premium seeks an experienced Process Manager for the night shift in Coventry. You will lead a team of Supervisors and Team Leaders to ensure parcels move safely and efficiently, meeting service and productivity targets.

The role balances people, performance, cost and service in a fast-paced environment, with a 12-month fixed-term contract and a salary of £42,012.65 plus benefits. Monday–Friday, 18:30–04:30."

Formación

• Proven experience managing in a busy warehouse/logistics environment.
• Confident in leading Supervisors and Team Leaders.
• Comfortable using data and KPIs to drive decisions.
• Skilled at managing resources against changing volumes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day night shift operations.
• Develop Supervisors and Team Leaders.
• Plan resources against forecast volumes and requirements.
• Monitor productivity, costs and KPIs to meet targets.
• Ensure service levels and high standards of safety and efficiency.
• Identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain health, safety and compliance standards.
• Support peak planning and changes in volume demand.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes and ways of working.
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders.
