We have an exciting opportunity for a Operations Manager Nights to join us at our Rugby Super Hub. We’re always on the lookout for top talent to join our growing business. In fact, we never stand still; we work hard, make quick decisions, and deliver to our ambitious goals every day.

To support our operation and manage your site fully, we are looking for someone who is flexible and can potentially work weekends as needed. More importantly, you must be able to make operational and strategic decisions at pace and have the self-belief to commit to a plan of action.

You will support the Hub Manager by taking full responsibility for the operational elements of the site and all the functions/processes that fall under this. Ensuring the delivery of a safe, legally compliant, and cost-efficient environment performing to all Service Level Agreements. You will follow all recognised hub systems and processes, manage and lead staff, maintain and develop external customer relationships, and deliver a professional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the appropriate level of resource is assigned to each function to cover all shifts across the working week.
• Responsible for overall shift performance, compliance, client service levels, health and safety, and employee engagement.
• Must have strong analytical skills, be data-driven, and use data to influence, challenge, and drive performance and compliance.
• Accountable for shift costs and able to demonstrate strong cost leadership.
• Promoting and driving consistency to ensure the delivery of excellent operational standards.

To Be Successful You Will Require:

• Microsoft Office competence
• Full current driving licence
• Extensive knowledge and experience of operational processes and practices
• Experienced and proven knowledge of managing a PL budget
• Experience of leading a high-performing team
