What will I be doing?
  • Assist in managing all Conference and Banqueting operations
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Stay informed of trends and propose ideas to enhance F&B and C&E offerings
  • Optimize sales and control costs, identifying areas for improvement
  • Set achievable budgets and long-term goals
  • Assist other departments as needed
What are we looking for?
  • Strong knowledge of the hotel/leisure/service sector
  • Proven success in Conference and Beverage management, including delivering profit, controlling costs, and building customer loyalty
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Exceptional leadership skills to foster a winning team

It would be advantageous to demonstrate experience in conference and banquet operations within a managerial role in a hotel, events center, or similar setting.
