Sustainable Talent is seeking an experienced HSQE Manager for a major grid connection project in Hampshire. The role is office- and site-based with no work-from-home option, requiring consistent on-site presence.

You will lead HSQE across substations and power infrastructure, manage RAMS and audits, and drive continuous improvement with site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, compliant delivery.

Formación

• NEBOSH General Certificate and NEBOSH Construction Certificate are essential.
• CSCS card is required.
• Proven experience in HSQE management within power or major infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the implementation of health, safety, quality and environmental standards across the project.
• Provide visible HSQE leadership across substation and power infrastructure works.
• Monitor site activities, ensuring compliance with legislation and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and assurance activities, identifying areas for improvement.
• Review RAMS and safe systems of work; ensure documentation meets project specs.
• Support safe delivery of cable excavation, cable installation and street works.
