Job summary

Hitachi Energy UK Limited seeks a Site Quality Manager to lead quality activities on a UK project site. The role is field-based and may require relocation to the project location.

It reports to the Quality & CI Manager for Site Quality, with operational reporting to the Site Manager. Your responsibilities include reviewing contractual requirements, educating site personnel on the quality system, and ensuring ITP/ITR, calibration, and documentation are in place to satisfy customer and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality management (minimum).
• 5+ years construction quality, site experience or in operations in power/energy.
• Experience with Change Management and large, complex programs.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 and Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead site quality activities across the project site.
• Review contractual and local requirements for site quality.
• Educate site personnel on quality management systems.
• Ensure calibration, ITP/ITR and erection documentation are applied properly.
• Coordinate site inspections and acceptance testing with customers/authorities.
• Monitor and improve site KPIs and quality deliverables.
