EarthStream Global seeks an experienced Client General Site Manager for an onshore substation project in the UK. The role acts as the onsite Client Representative during site establishment and construction, supporting the HVDC Package Manager and coordinating all site duties under the Contract.

The candidate will manage health, safety, environment and pre-handover activities, liaise with National Grid and Contractors, and prepare critical progress and risk reports for leadership.

Qualificações

• A degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• SMSTS or equivalent required. NEBOSH would be an advantage.
• Extensive experience as a Site Manager on HV substation construction.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering techniques, including HDD.
• Business proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Act as onsite Client Representative during site establishment and construction of the Onshore Substation.
• Support the HVDC Package Manager through construction and manage all Client site duties under the Contract.
• Coordinate site information and liaise with supporting project functions.
• Resolve site issues and mitigate employer risks through meetings and robust records.
• Prepare progress, risk and decision reports for project leadership; ensure Contractor fulfils CDM duties.
