Job summary

RES is seeking an HSQE support professional to join our UK & Ireland Services, focusing on Asset Management and Operations & Maintenance to keep sites safe, compliant and efficient. You will collaborate with site teams, contractors and stakeholders to embed practical risk controls and safe working practices.

This role suits hands-on individuals who enjoy travel to sites, solving practical problems and contributing to a positive HSQE culture across renewable energy assets.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of UK & Ireland HSQE legislation.
• Experience with audits, inspections or incident investigations.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across UK & Ireland sites.
• Experience implementing or improving HSQE management systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, audits and assurance across sites.
• Review RAMS, risk assessments and lifting plans.
• Support incident reporting, investigation and closure of actions.
• Analyse trends to drive continuous HSQE improvement.
• Assist with HSQE campaigns and toolbox talks.
