Saipem seeks an HSE Advisor to oversee and improve the safety management system across EPIC projects for the ENI Liverpool Bay Decommissioning and Carbon Capture project. You will report to the Project HSE Manager and drive compliance with CDM regulations.
Requirements include HSE or engineering qualification, Nebosh Diploma, 3–7 years in Oil & Gas onshore projects, and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification. Location is Talacre, UK, with a contractor, full-time role outside IR35.

As HSE Advisor you will report to the Project HSE manager. You will ensure the correct development, management and improvement of the safety management system throughout the engineering and development phases (EPIC Projects) of our ENI Liverpool Bay Project (Decommissioning & Carbon Capture and Storage).
