Saipem in Aberdeen is seeking an HR Administrator to support the HR team with clerical and administrative tasks in a busy environment. This contractor PAYE role is office-based, full-time, and requires strong IT skills and attention to detail.
You'll handle recruitment-related mailboxes, expenses, headcount records, holiday accruals and travel arrangements in line with corporate guidelines while developing within a collaborative One Saipem Way framework.

As a HR Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the core business function to ensure that Company and Corporate objectives are met by providing efficient clerical and administrative support to the HR department based in Aberdeen. This role would suit an individual, who is willing to learn what makes a busy HR Team work.
Experience: Previous work experience within HR or general administration in a busy working environment is desirable but not essential. Would suit the right person who is looking to start out their career within a busy HR Department.
Attention To Detail And Excellent Communication Skills Required
IT knowledge: Intermediate MS packages (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
