Saipem in the UK is seeking a Construction Subcontract Engineer to manage and improve subcontract scopes within EPIC projects, focusing on Mechanical, E&I, and Buildings work for the ENI Liverpool Bay Decommissioning & Carbon Capture project.
You will ensure subcontract administration, cost review, change management, and coordination with management. Required: 3–5 years as a Quantity Surveyor in oil & gas or energy sectors, with onshore experience. Offshore experience is welcome.

As Construction Subcontract Engineer you will report to the Subcontract Manager. You will ensure the correct development, management and improvement of new scopes on Mechanical Work – West and Buildings and E&I Works throughout the engineering and development phases (EPIC Projects) of our ENI Liverpool Bay Project (Decommissioning & Carbon Capture and Storage).
