Job summary

Saipem is seeking a Field Architectural Building Engineer to support the ENI Liverpool Bay Project (Decommissioning & Carbon Capture and Storage). The role focuses on on-site architectural and civil works, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring design integrity of building modules.

The candidate will review technical documentation, develop architectural layouts, and liaise with procurement for architectural vendor interfaces. UK-based, full-time contractor role at Talacre.

Qualifications

• 5 years in architectural building activities on construction sites (Oil & Gas, Industrial or Commercial)
• Experience in material management and coordinating with subcontractors
• Review architectural documentation and manage client relationships

Responsibilities

• Review Client's technical documentation and requirements and maintain project technical files
• Coordinate external architectural engineering subcontractor activities and check the designs of subcontracted architectural engineering
• Review design specifications and coordinate the architectural and structural design of building modules onsite
• Support the main structural aspects and definition of materials, with due consideration to the structural integrity of the module/building
• Prepare design specifications for architectural works for buildings and cooperates in preparing design specification for civil works relevant to buildings
• Develop functional architectural layout of buildings based on multi-disciplinary input
• Prepare material spec.'s and architectural basis of design for buildings onsite
• Support Procurement in technical interface with Architectural vendors

Purpose of the position: As Field Architectural Building Engineer you will be part of our ENI Liverpool Bay Project (Decommissioning & Carbon Capture and Storage). You will support the field architectural engineering activities.

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:

Experience: 5 years in architectural building activities within a construction site project environment for the Oil&Gas, Industrial or Commercial industry.

Technical skills: material management, architectural documentation review, client relationship
