Job summary

Saipem seeks an HSE Advisor to oversee and improve the safety management system across EPIC projects for the ENI Liverpool Bay Decommissioning and Carbon Capture project. You will report to the Project HSE Manager and drive compliance with CDM regulations.

Requirements include HSE or engineering qualification, Nebosh Diploma, 3–7 years in Oil & Gas onshore projects, and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification. Location is Talacre, UK, with a contractor, full-time role outside IR35.

Qualifications

  • Qualification in HSE or engineering field; Nebosh Diploma
  • 3–7 years in Oil & Gas and onshore projects; experience in construction design regulation management and survey/investigation
  • ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification

Responsibilities

  • Plan, define and supervise HSE procedures at project and construction level
  • Lead Risk Management processes (HAZOP, HAZID, Hazard and Effect Management, Risk Assessments)
  • Support implementation and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Plan and conduct internal HSE audits
  • Coordinate and prepare HSE files and deliverables following CDM regulations
  • Lead accident/incident investigations
  • Complete supplier HSE evaluations and readiness reviews
  • Cover for HSE Trainer, PTW Officer and HSE Officer
  • Record, coordinate and monitor HSE performance and KPIs
