One Manchester is recruiting an HR Systems & MI Coordinator to lead the HRIT system administration, partnering with IT and People & Culture to improve workflows, reporting and data quality in Manchester.

You’ll support the People andCultureTeam to lead and optimise OM’s HRIT system, partnering with IT/IIP and People andCulture teams to improve workflows, reporting, data quality, automation, and user adoption. Ensure reliable people data, deliver productivity improvements through technology, and support operational and statutory reporting requirements.
