Job summary

The Elevation Recruitment Group is supporting a well-established organisation to appoint an experienced HRIS Systems Manager for a 6-month duration. You’ll be the senior expert across their People systems, setting direction, leading the team and ensuring the technology works for the business and its colleagues.

You’ll own the People Systems roadmap, drive delivery, coach a specialist team and implement enhancements, while upholding GDPR, security and data integrity across the platforms.

Qualifications

• Significant HRIS / People Systems management in a complex organisation.
• Track record delivering system roadmaps and transformations.
• Experience leading specialist system teams.
• Confident in influencing senior stakeholders and managing suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Own the People Systems roadmap and turn it into delivery.
• Lead and coach a specialist systems team.
• Lead system enhancements, automation and self-service improvements.
• Maintain governance, GDPR, security and data integrity tight.
• Act as the final escalation point for complex system issues.
• Improve People data, reporting and workforce insights.
