A leading UK organisation is seeking an experienced HRIS Reporting Manager to optimize and govern HR systems. Located in Cheshire East with a hybrid working model, this role involves managing the Dayforce platform, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering comprehensive reporting. Ideal candidates will have strong HR systems experience, advanced Excel skills, and experience leading teams. The role offers a competitive salary of £50,000-£58,000 plus benefits including flexible working, private medical care, and career development opportunities.

We're partnering with a leading UK organisation to recruit an HRIS & Reporting Manager to support the ongoing development, optimisation and governance of their HR systems.
Working closely with the HR Systems & Pensions Manager and HRIS Analysts, you'll ensure effective use of the Dayforce platform across Core HR, WFM, LMS, ATS and Onboarding. You'll drive continuous improvement, manage bi-annual Dayforce releases, ensure data accuracy, and deliver high-quality reporting and dashboards to support business decision-making.
You’ll also lead CSR reporting for group submission, ensuring compliance, consistency and timely delivery.
