USS Investment Management Limited is seeking a Data Analyst to support HR Transformation with data analysis, quality, and migration activities across multiple HR systems.

You will work with HR, Payroll, Recruitment, IT and Programme teams to establish a robust data foundation, ensure governance, and deliver insightful reporting throughout the programme lifecycle.

The role offers hybrid working, with opportunities to develop data skills and contribute to a major UK pension programme.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Data Analyst or HR systems analyst.
• Ability to analyse, manipulate and reconcile large data sets.
• Strong data cleansing, validation and quality assurance skills.
• Experience documenting data requirements and mappings.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Data Discovery & Analysis across HR systems and databases.
• Data Quality & Cleansing across HR, Payroll and Recruiting.
• Data Migration Support including mapping and validation.
• Reporting & Analytics review of existing HR reports and dashboards.
• Data Governance contributions and programme documentation.
