Parkside Recruitment is supporting a client in Staines-upon-Thames seeking a Systems Analyst to optimise HRIS platforms and drive HR data accuracy. The role includes system configuration, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder training within a 12-month FTC with hybrid working.

You will manage HRIS projects, collaborate with HR and IT, and ensure data integrity across CHRIS, SelectHR, HRGT, MyTW and other HR systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS systems and data integrity in HR processes.
• Ability to develop and deliver HR reports and dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Leverage HR data to provide management information on workforce metrics.
• Develop and deliver HR reports and dashboards providing insights into HR operations.
• Ensure timely delivery of HR metrics to leadership and management.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and bespoke analyses for decision-making and compliance.
• Provide end-user training and support on HRIS functionality.
