Job summary

Investigo is recruiting a HRIS & Payroll Administrator to join the HR Operations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based in the City of London, the role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote after the first 12 weeks) and requires strong Excel and data analysis skills to manage large datasets, reconcile payroll, and produce regular reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage and validate data between HR and payroll systems.
• Support monthly payroll processes and reconciliations.
• Produce regular and ad hoc reports for stakeholders.
• Analyze employee data and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Support HR systems administration and process improvements.
• Assist with annual reporting projects and broader HR operations tasks.
