Spirax Sarco Limited in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our HR technology team. You will maintain HR systems, ensure data accuracy, security and insightful reporting, and collaborate with HR, IT and external partners on system improvements and integrations.

The role emphasises data governance, UAT coordination, and producing dashboards to support business decisions, with a focus on continuous process optimisation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and enhancing HR systems or HR technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting and system configuration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience creating meaningful reports and dashboards.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Confident explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and administer HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, security and optimal performance.
• Provide first and second-line support to HR system users, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Configure and maintain workflows, business rules, security profiles and organisational structures.
• Produce and analyse HR reports, dashboards and workforce insights to support decision-making.
• Monitor data quality, investigating discrepancies and driving improvements.
• Support HR technology projects, including system implementations, upgrades, testing and deployments.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support issue resolution activities. Create and maintain user guides, process documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to support integrations and system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security and audit requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor on HR systems, recommending improvements and best practice.
