The Advocate Group is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join a growing international organisation, supporting and improving its HR technology landscape. This is a hands-on role combining day-to-day HRIS support, system optimisation and project work.

You'll work closely with HR, IT and wider stakeholders to solve problems, improve processes and make sure the technology delivers for its users. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and strong stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in HRIS platform support.
• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience essential.
• Experience with configuration, workflows, business rules and reporting.
• Experience supporting HRIS projects, enhancements or implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with a genuine interest in improving the end-user experience.

Responsabilités

• Identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and improve HR processes.
• Supporting HRIS projects from requirements gathering through to implementation.
• Managing data quality, governance, reporting and workforce analytics.
• Supporting integrations with payroll, finance and other business systems.
• Working with vendors, IT and HR stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver improvements.
• Supporting user adoption through documentation, training and effective communication.

We're looking for an HRIS Analyst to join a growing international organisation, supporting and improving its HR technology landscape.

This is a hands‑on role combining day‑to‑day HRIS support, system optimisation and project work. You'll work closely with HR, IT and wider stakeholders to solve problems, improve processes and make sure the technology delivers for its users.

Experience with integrations, APIs, SFTP or middleware would be advantageous, as would exposure to SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Benefits or Compensation.
