Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a transformation professional to design and implement HR and GBS operating models, embedding AI and automation to boost efficiency and employee experience. You’ll work with platforms like ServiceNow HRSD, Microsoft Power Platform, and Power BI to deliver scalable, employee-centric solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HR/GBS stakeholders, change management, and capability building through training and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR transformation programmes, ideally within GBS environments.
• Familiarity with digital and AI-enabled HR solutions (e.g., Leena AI, Eightfold.ai, Textio).
• Understanding of GBS Target Operating Models and HR process optimisation, with experience using tools like Visio, Signavio, or Celonis.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to design and implementation of future-ready HR and GBS Operating Models with AI and automation.
• Identify and deliver AI and automation use cases across the employee lifecycle with platforms like ServiceNow, Google Co Pilot, Microsoft Power Platform.
• Apply data and analytics to workforce planning, organisational design, and performance measurement.
